We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join an established and growing business, covering Sussex and Kent with some work across London.

This is a great opportunity for an AC engineer with strong installation experience, offering a competitive basic salary, unlimited overtime and the chance to develop skills in domestic heat pump installations.

The Role

• Installing split and multi-split air conditioning systems.

• Installing refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage and associated components.

• Carrying out pressure testing, evacuation and commissioning.

• Working from technical drawings and installation specifications.

• Supporting domestic heat pump installations and commissioning.

• Ensuring installations meet safety standards and manufacturer requirements.

• Completing installation paperwork and job reports.

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

• Working independently and safely across domestic and commercial properties.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Installer or Installation Engineer.

• Strong practical experience installing AC systems.

• Knowledge of refrigerant pipework and commissioning procedures.

• F-Gas qualification.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Heat pump installation experience is beneficial but not essential.
