An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its contemporary and dynamic studio in Worthing. Role & Responsibilities

Support the technical delivery of medium to large scale residential and mixed-use schemes
Prepare detailed drawing packages across various RIBA stages
Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections and construction details
Assist with building regulations submissions and ensure technical compliance
Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to deliver well-resolved information
Attend site meetings and contribute to successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience

Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
CIAT membership or working towards chartership desirable
Sufficient experience in a UK based practice
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience advantageous
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused approach
