
Architectural Technologist
Architectural Technologist required to join a well-established and forward-thinking Architectural practice based in Brighton, working on technically detailed Education (DfE framework) or Leisure projects.
This respected practice has continued to grow steadily in recent years, securing repeat work across public and private sectors. They are particularly well regarded for their technical expertise, robust project delivery and ability to navigate complex regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
The role will see the Architectural Technologist play a key part in the technical development and delivery of projects, producing detailed REVIT drawing packages, coordinating consultant information and supporting projects through later RIBA stages and construction. You will work closely with Project Architects, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
Architectural Technologist Requirements:
- Degree, HNC or HND in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
- Minimum 4+ years UK industry experience
- Strong proficiency in REVIT (essential)
- Experience working on Education projects and/or familiarity with the DfE framework highly desirable
- Alternatively, strong technical experience within the Leisure sector
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, standards and compliance
- Experience producing technical design, construction and tender packages
- Ability to coordinate consultant information and respond to site queries
- Confident working both independently and as part of a wider technical team
The successful Architectural Technologist will be offered a competitive salary, typically in the range of £38,000 £45,000, dependent on experience and technical capability. Higher salaries may be considered for candidates with strong DfE or complex project experience.

Salary range
- £35,000 - £45,000
