Assistant Site Manager Brighton (Education / Residential)

We re recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-regarded main contractor on a £25m education/residential scheme in Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for delivering high-quality projects and for developing people internally. You ll be working as part of a strong site team on a live project involving new-build dormitory buildings for a prestigious independent school, alongside refurbishment and cut-and-carve elements.

What they re looking for:

• Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager or similar site-based role
• Experience working for a principal contractor
• Ideally some exposure to new build, with an understanding of refurbishment / cut-and-carve
• Driven, proactive and eager to learn
• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Good character, reliable and keen to progress
