- Experience or a strong interest in supporting children with challenging behaviour and SEN, including SEMH, ASD, or ADHD.
- Understanding of behaviour support strategies, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour management.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond confidently to dysregulated behaviour.
- A patient, consistent, and empathetic approach, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
