Join a leading retailer and financial services provider specialising in second-hand goods, as a Branch Manager. This role is ideal for ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals ready to lead and drive success in this clients' Crawley store.

Day-to-day Duties of the role:

• Oversee the overall performance and daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Drive sales, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage all aspects of branch operations including customer queries, complaints, stock control and buying activities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve high performance through effective recruitment, training, and management.
• Organise staff rotas, holidays, and ensure adequate branch coverage.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continuous business improvement.
• Take ownership of the branch's commercial performance, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' managerial experience in retail and/or customer service.
• Proven track record of running a successful business unit with a solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L) and commercial performance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow sales and profitability.
• Ability to analyse and improve KPI performance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Stable employment history and a strong work ethic.
• A positive, proactive and results-driven attitude.
