About the company:-ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a contract Building Surveyor to utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors, including Commercial, Education and Local authority buildings.About the role:-<ul><li>Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the surveying project</li><li>Reports formatted and sent on a survey template</li><li>Producing technical and defect analysis reports</li><li>Life cycle costings</li><li>Organise your week accordingly, depending on workload, and travelling to meet with clients</li><li>Reports can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet-ups with the team at the head office.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures</li></ul>What's in it for you: 250 to 300 per day, all travel expenses paid for, and an immediate start.The ideal candidate:You must have relevant building surveying experience to be successful with your application.
