Rate of pay: ?13.68 (for under 21s) to ?14.24 (for ages 21+) per hour. Rates are inclusive of holiday pay.?

At our Health Club, you?re not just ?on reception you?re the friendly face who sets the tone for someone?s entire day.

Your Role

• Greet guests and members like they?re old friends (even if they?re brand new)
• Keep things running smoothly at the front desk ? bookings, schedules, and guest queries
• Handle check-ins and check-outs with a smile and serious efficiency
• Send and reply to messages/emails that are clear, friendly, and on-point
• Help keep the space looking Insta-ready and safe for everyone
• Share guest feedback and be part of the ideas team to keep improving
• Know our offers and help upsell services in a natural, helpful way
