Class 2 DriverGatwick RH20Pay rate: £17.43 - £19.52Full time hours/ Part time & weekend work available Can accept newly qualified Drivers Gi Group are resourcing HGV Class 2 Drivers for one of the biggest parcel delivery companies in the UK, making more than 700 million deliveries a year. They have a dedicated team of over 20,000 couriers and in excess of 10,000 local Parcel Shops and Lockers.You will be working with their fleet of drivers operating out of their Crawley depot, just outside Gatwick RH20 .Driver responsibilities: You will safely transport palletised parcels to Couriers or collecting from Delivery Units You will typically have a run with 4 - 5 drops ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles and keeping the paperwork updated Vehicle checks and the securing loadsDriver requirements: You'll need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement Have no more than 6 penalty points (no DD/IN/DR/DN/TT endorsement codes) on your licence Hold a driver's CPC and digital tachograph cards that are valid and in date Newly-qualified drivers are welcome, however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment Excellent communication skills A safety-first mindset Reasonable physical fitnessDriver Pay: Class 2 Days - £17.43 Class 2 Nights - £19.52 These pay rates are PAYE and include advanced holiday payDriver Shifts: Full time shifts Part time shifts Weekend only shiftsDriver benefits: Newly-qualified drivers are welcome Weekly Pay Advance holiday pay availableTo apply, please call our office on , or email
