Job Description

Customer Service

The priorities of the Cleaner are:

• To provide a friendly and efficient service to all customers.

General Tasks

• To clean specific areas of the Centre including changing rooms, toilets, showers and Activity Halls to ensure exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• To undertake deep cleans of areas as and when required and instructed by the Senior Operations Manager.
• To be diligent about compliance with the Organisation’s Health and Safety Policy.

Other Duties

• To carry out other duties as required.
• To adhere to Wave Active Limited’s policies and procedures.

Rota Week 1

Monday 16:00-22:00
Tuesday 16:00-22:00
Wednesday 16:00-22:00
Saturday 08:00-14:00
Sunday 12:00-18:00

Rota Week 2

Monday – Friday 16:00-22:00
