Cleanroom Technician

An exciting opportunity to join an established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a Cleanroom Technician to join its production team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in cleanroom manufacturing, as well as experienced technicians wanting to develop further in a high-spec environment. Open to trainee through to experienced candidates

Salary: Up to 30,000
Location: UK (On-site) East Sussex
Full-Time Permanent

The Role:

• Assemble, clean, and package components within a cleanroom environment

• Follow strict procedures to maintain cleanliness and product quality

• Carry out inspections to ensure components meet required standards

• Work from technical drawings and documented instructions

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Support continuous improvement and process adherence

Essential Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise processes

• Good manual dexterity and practical skills

• Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and develop (for trainee level)

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions

Desirable:

• Previous experience working in a cleanroom or controlled environment

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or engineering environments

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Understanding of quality standards and procedures
