Full-time Permanent £32,000 per annum
Are you an experienced financial services professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our regional operations team and play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
About the RoleAs a Client Relationship Manager, you'll work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and Client Service Administrators to manage client portfolios and provide exceptional administrative and relationship support. You'll act as a vital link between clients, advisers, and product providers - ensuring every stage of the client journey is smooth, compliant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare client files, reports, and meeting documentation.
- Process new business applications across a range of financial products.
- Liaise with product providers and platforms to obtain illustrations and track progress.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of suitability reports and financial documentation.
- Mentor and guide Client Service Administrators, providing leadership and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers, and third parties such as solicitors and accountants.
- Contribute to improving administrative processes and office efficiency.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience within an IFA or financial services environment
- Knowledge of financial products, platforms, and providers
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of compliance, data protection, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with CRM or back-office systems
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (advantageous)
- Salary: £32,000 per annum
