The Role You will carry out Work Capacity Assessments for adults with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions.

This is not a treatment role. It is focused on:

• Structured clinical assessments
• Professional judgement
• Evidence-based report writing

You will:

• Conduct assessments via telephone, video, and face-to-face
• Gather and review clinical information
• Produce accurate, detailed reports within set timeframes
• Work in line with clinical guidelines and professional standards
• Use strong IT and typing skills to document assessments effectively

Who We re Hiring This opportunity is for clinicians with at least 1 year post-registration adult experience:

• RGN, RMN, RNLD, Adult Nurse
• Physiotherapist
• Occupational Therapist
• Paramedic

Applicants must live in Hastings or within a commutable distance.

What You ll Need

• Active NMC or HCPC registration
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Confident IT, typing, and report-writing ability
• Ability to attend the Hastings assessment site when required
