Overall Job Purpose

We are looking to recruit someone with significant experience of planning compliance work to lead the Planning Compliance Team. Ideally you would already have experience of leading a team in this sector, but consideration will be given to candidates who have significant experience in the field but no previous leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four investigating planning breaches in the district.
• Manage a high-profile caseload, taking formal action and appearing in court when required.
• Develop professional skills and support a supportive and friendly team.
