Construction Document Controller / Office Manager – Full Time
Location: Brighton Area (Site-Based)
Start: Immediate
Project Length: Multi-year
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (site-based only – no hybrid)
We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Document Controller to join a long-term construction project in the Brighton area. This is a full-time, site-based role with an immediate start, offering stability on a multi-year project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, control, and distribute project documentation in line with project procedures
- Maintain accurate document registers and ensure version control
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure timely issuance and retrieval of drawings and documents
- Support the project team with document-related queries
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction
- Dalux system experience is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on a busy site environment
- Reliable, proactive, and professional approach
