An excellent opportunity for a Customer Operations & Implementation Coordinator to join a leading business in Crawley on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales and marketing teams, managing customer activity, and coordinating implementations across multiple internal teams.

Description

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support customer activity and manage the implementation process once orders are received. The role requires strong coordination skills, confident communication, and the ability to keep multiple tasks on track.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating implementation activities across internal teams
  • Booking and managing appointments for sales, implementations, and training
  • Producing KPIs, reports, and customer proposals
  • Updating and maintaining CRM records
  • Supporting customers and the sales team with day-to-day queries
  • Ensuring fulfilment of each stage in the order-to-implementation process

Profile

You'll be someone who thrives in a structured, busy environment and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.

Essential skills:

  • Customer service or office-based experience
  • Strong CRM experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Must be able to drive to the Crawley office

Desirable:

  • Dynamics 365 experience
  • Exposure to project coordination or implementation
  • Background in medical, diagnostics, healthcare, or scientific settings

Job Offer

£30,000-£32,000 depending on experience
