Customer Service Agent
Circa 25,400 - 28,000 DOE, Pease Pottage (outside Crawley), Monday 9am - 5pm, Permanent, free parking.

The Role
A rapidly growing logistics company specialising in B2B and B2C fulfilment across footwear, fashion, and luxury goods is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to support across all customer service functions, handling queries from both clients, and Direct-to-Consumer customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Respond to queries from both our clients (brands) and their D2C customers via phone, email, and live chat and customer service platforms
• Chase courier shipments and resolve delivery or order issues
• Provide updates on orders, returns, and general inquiries for a range of brands selling direct-to-consumer
• Support Rioz account managers by handling routine customer requests
• Log and escalate more complex issues to the relevant team member
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions
• Deliver a friendly, professional service in every interaction-representing both Rioz and our partner brands

Requirements
The ideal candidate will offer excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and willingness to learn. A strong work ethic is a must and a desire to put customers at the forefront of everything you do. You will need to be computer literate, reliable, punctual and a true team player.
