The Customer Service role will be supporting the customers and financial advisers.Salary: up to 28K dependent on experienceLocation: Office based - Mon-Fri - Horsham. Parking availableCustomer Service Assistant duties:<ul><li>Manage incoming queries via phone &amp; email</li><li>Take ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levels</li><li>Carry out system administration and maintain accurate records</li><li>Support joining, moving &amp; leaving processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards</li><li>Investigate issues and maintain data accuracy</li><li>Contribute to service improvements and team performance targets</li></ul> Skills &amp; Experience <ul><li>Experience working in a similar Customer Service role, ideally within the Financial Services or IT helpdesk / Tech support sector</li><li>Strong communication skills both verbally and written</li><li>Confidence with handling customer queries</li><li>High attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
