Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to work for a company based in Crawley, West Sussex. This a busy office based customer services role, supporting the internal teams, handling customer queries etc. Location: Crawley - office based, parking onsiteSalary: 26,639 per annum Hours: 8.30-5.30 / 9.30-6.30 Mon-Fri (with 1 hour for lunch), occasional Saturday support - rota basis Customer Service Assistant duties:<ul><li>Answering the phones </li><li>Data entry - updating the internal systems with the customer call info</li><li>Monitor and respond to customer emails</li><li>Handle customer queries and complaints</li><li>Regular liaison with internal teams regarding customer orders</li><li>Ensure all relevant customer documentation is processed</li></ul>Skills and experience:<ul><li>Previous customer service experience</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a confident and professional phone manner</li><li>Good IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably experience using databases</li></ul>
