Customer Service Representative

Day-to-day duties of the role:
- Ensure the daily tasks of logistics and customer administration are completed efficiently.
- Interact effectively with the Transport, Despatch, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain prompt and effective communication within the Customer Service team.
- Manage clear and accurate communications in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Utilise PC skills to manage data and correspondence through Outlook, Word, and Metafour.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- PC literate, with working ability in Outlook, Word, and Metafour (preferred but not required).
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Previous experience in logistics and customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, flexibility, and a customer-focused, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
