The role
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team as a full-time home worker. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for a proven digital marketer ready to lead high-value campaigns, drive measurable growth, and help shape our future in marketing automation and performance innovation.
You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering results-focused marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and strengthening long-term client relationships built on trust, collaboration, and curiosity. You will
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Campaign Monitor
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their goals and delivering consistent value
- Develop performance marketing strategies that balance creativity and data insight, using smart tools to enhance targeting, personalisation, and results
- Analyse campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and create clear, engaging client reports using tools such as Google Analytics
- Work closely with the wider marketing team through regular remote collaboration, sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practice
- Stay ahead of digital trends, particularly in AI marketing, automation, and emerging advertising technologies, and share learning with the wider team
What you'll need
- At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven ability to plan, deliver, and optimise high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to improving performance
- Confidence in producing clear client reports, analysing results, and presenting insights, areas for improvement, and new opportunities
- Enthusiasm for AI and emerging marketing technologies, with a genuine desire to keep learning and experimenting
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure and report on success
- A good understanding of SEO and GEO/AEO principles and how they support wider digital strategies
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and landing page optimisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to clients remotely
- Initiative, adaptability, and confidence in a fast-paced environment
- A relevant qualification in marketing, digital marketing, or business is an advantage
- A positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and a good sense of humour, even under pressure
