Domestic Cleaners & Home Helpers Wanted Across West Sussex and Brighton & Hove

Age UK West Sussex, Brighton & Hove is recruiting self‑employed domestic cleaners and home helpers across all areas of West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.

This role is ideal if you are looking for:

• Cleaning jobs near you
• Flexible, self‑employed cleaning work
• Local domestic cleaning or home helper work
• Community‑based roles supporting older people

You will be working in clients’ own homes, helping older people live independently and comfortably.

What does the Domestic Cleaner / Home Helper role involve?

• Domestic cleaning (general household cleaning tasks)
• Light household support
• Shopping support and errands
• Companionship and social interaction

• All of West Sussex
• Brighton and Hove

Pay & flexibility

• £14.00 – £16.50 per hour (location dependent)
• Minimum commitment: 6 hours per week
• Flexible hours to suit your availability
• Monday to Friday work (no late nights)

Self‑employed requirements

This is a self‑employed Domestic Cleaner / Home Helper role, so you must:

• Manage your own tax and National Insurance
• Hold your own public liability insurance
