Domestic Production Operative

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our prestigious clients near Horsham as a temporary Domestic Production Operative.

If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, this could be the perfect role for you! You'll be part of a friendly, dedicated team working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every item that leaves the facility is finished to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate ironing and pressing machines to deliver high-quality finishes on linen, towels, and garments.
• Sort, fold, and prepare items for packing and dispatch.
• Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production targets.
• Handle Linen items with care to prevent damage or contamination.
• Support other operations, including loading and unloading machines when needed.
• Keep your workstation clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Follow all Health & Safety and manual handling procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, housekeeping, or production environment is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided!
• Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment and performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Capable of manual handling tasks throughout the shift.
