The Role
Reed Education is seeking a confident, nurturing and experienced Early Years Room Lead to oversee the Toddler Room at a warm and community-focused primary setting in Cyprus. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and continues until the end of the academic year.
You will lead practice within the Toddler Room, support staff, plan developmentally appropriate learning experiences, and help create a safe, stimulating environment where young children thrive.

Requirements
- Level 3 Qualified (as required for early years leadership roles)
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong Early Years experience, ideally in a room-lead or supervisory capacity
- Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child-centred practice
