The role:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve electrical systems across the site.
- Work closely with mechanical, production, maintenance, and project teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Lead upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations this is heavy industrial equipment, not a classroom project.
You:
- Electrical Engineer (L3 minimum) with production / FMCG / manufacturing experience
- Hands-on knowledge of industrial electrical systems, drives, PLCs, control panels, and motors.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
