We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong commercial background to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to secure a long-term position within a growing and reputable company.
Electrical Supervsior Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage electrical installations on commercial projects
- Supervise site teams, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
- Carry out inspections, testing, and quality checks
- Manage materials, resources, and site documentation
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within commercial environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
