In this role, you will deliver Level 3 Engineering programmes with a key focus on high-level Maths, Science and CAD. This includes Calculus, Further Maths, Engineering Principles, and specialist STEM delivery depending on your background. The college is open to candidates from Engineering, Physics or Maths teaching backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have strong FE teaching experience and the ability to confidently manage classroom-based learning, motivate students, drive coursework completion, and maintain high standards.

The Role:
- Delivering Engineering programmes with a focus on Maths, Science and/or CAD
- Teaching Level 3 learners in a classroom-based FE environment
- Supporting learners to achieve strong outcomes and meet deadlines
- Planning lessons, schemes of work and engaging teaching materials
- Full-time permanent role, 37 hours per week
The Person:
- Experience teaching within Further Education
- Able to deliver high-level Maths including Calculus and Further Maths
- CAD experience
- Background in Engineering, Physics or Maths
- Confident classroom practitioner with strong learner management skills
- Looking for a stable long-term teaching opportunity
