We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join CooperSurgical as an Equipment Technical Trainer at our UK Technical Training Centre in Crawley. You’ll be part of a small, international team delivering hands-on training on fertility-related medical equipment.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging technical training (installation, servicing, repair) in-person and online
  • Support learners with varied technical backgrounds and learning styles
  • Maintain and develop training materials including e-learning content and assessments
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Support teams to stay aligned with product updates
  • Travel internationally to deliver training (approx. 10–20%)
  • Keep training equipment and environments ready and reliable

The Person

  • Strong technical background—ideally in electronics, mechanical, or biomedical engineering
  • Experience delivering hands-on training or mentoring others
  • Confident communicator with a passion for helping others learn
  • Familiar with e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • A training qualification (e.g., Train the Trainer, CIPD) is a bonus—but not essential
