What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and managing event registration sites in Cvent, including pricing, discount codes, and attendee logic
  • Configuring event apps in Swapcard, uploading content such as agendas, speakers, and sponsors
  • Managing attendee data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems
  • Supporting testing, QA, and troubleshooting for registration and app functionality
  • Handling delegate invoices and payment processes
  • Coordinating preparatory calls with speakers, moderators, and programming managers
  • Providing real-time updates and fixes during live events
  • Documenting processes and suggesting improvements for future events

Salary range
