- Manage senior leadership diaries and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion and professionalism.
- Organise and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses where required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
- Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders and visitors.
- Support the wider secretarial and business support team during peak periods or special events.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
