Reed is working exclusively with our key client in Crawley to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives on organisation, discretion and working closely with senior leaders. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of the executive office and wider leadership team.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Coordinate the flow of information, priorities, and deadlines to ensure that leaders remain focused on strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Manage complex schedules, ensuring that all commitments are met without compromising the quality or timeliness of work.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders with competing priorities through diplomacy, negotiation, and structured communication.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion, protecting the integrity and reputation of senior stakeholders.
- Produce accurate agendas, minutes, and action tracking for meetings, ensuring that decisions and commitments are clearly documented and progressed within agreed timeframes.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between executives, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
- Coordinate high-quality briefing materials and documentation to support effective decision-making and engagement across the organisation.
- Design, maintain, and enhance processes and workflows to improve operational effectiveness and organisational discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, capable of managing high volumes of complex demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at executive-level information presentation and decision-making.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to enhance productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, using initiative and creative problem-solving in ambiguous or time-sensitive situations.
- Proven track record of managing confidential information with integrity and discretion.
