We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and well-established food manufacturing business based in Shoreham-by-Sea. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for candidates who are reliable, motivated, and looking for long-term, full-time work on the night shift. While full training is provided, previous experience in food production, manufacturing or similar environments is preferred. As a Food Production Operative, you ll play a key role in the creation of high-quality food products. Your responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Preparing, crafting, and assembling food products using cutting, mixing, and production equipment</li> <li>Transporting products around the facility using trolleys</li> <li>Handling raw ingredients and ensuring they meet quality requirements</li> <li>Conducting product quality checks to maintain food safety standards</li> <li>Cleaning equipment and maintaining hygiene throughout the production area</li> </ul> The working hours for this role are working on the night shift Sunday-Thursday 22:00pm-06:00am, the pay rate is £14.27 per hour.
