Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate quotations.
• Manage end-to-end Export and Import operations (Air, Road, and Ocean).
• Liaise effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure accurate costing, billing, and invoicing for all jobs.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
• Support warehouse operations occasionally when required.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure high service standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in freight forwarding across Export, Import, Air, Road, and Ocean operations.
• Working knowledge of Customs procedures is essential.
• Experience handling Dangerous Goods and/or Restricted/Defence Goods is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and general freight forwarding systems.
