Job Title: Front of House Staff
Location: Central Eastbourne
Hourly Rate: 13.00p.h
Working hours: Weekend work - 5pm-Close
HRGO Recruitment are seeking Front of House Staff to join our client's unique family Italian restaurant and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise the flow of guests.
Provide accurate information on menu items and specials, assisting guests with their selections and dietary needs.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely delivery of food and beverages.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and entryway.
Assist with handling cash, processing payments, and managing reservations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Proven ability to multitask and handle busy service periods with ease.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role or the hospitality industry.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
