The Role We are seeking a motivated Grade 1 Physiotherapist to join our team as part of our structured Grade 1 Rotational Program across Cabrini Malvern, Brighton and Elsternwick.This program is designed to develop both your clinical and soft skills through regular senior supervision, internal and external professional development, and a supportive, collaborative learning environment. New graduate physiotherapists are strongly encouraged to apply.Rotating Grade 1In our rotation program you will enjoy supportive four-month rotations that include opportunities to work with diverse patient cohorts across the health service continuum, including acute rotations in orthopaedics and paediatrics, ICU, cardiothoracic and abdominal surgery, oncology, general medical and neurology; and sub-acute rotations in inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation and rehabilitation in the home (RITH).
