Candidates who have further developed their skills through compelling personal projects, open-source contributions, or practical hardware/software build skills are encouraged to apply.
Core Responsibilities

Production & Automation: Assembling high-precision mechanical/electronic hardware; designing and programming robotic automations, tools, and jigs to optimize workshop efficiency.

Product Improvement: Refining core designs based on production feedback and occasional field visits to observe end-user interactions.

Growth & Development: Upskilling across design, manufacturing, electronics, and software, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility.
Key Skills & Interests (Knowledge in any is a plus)

3D CAD & Prototyping: Fusion 360, Onshape, SolidWorks, CNC/CAM, 3D printing.
