The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily living needs. Working as part of a supportive care team, you will help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment where residents feel valued and respected.

Your responsibilities will include:• Providing compassionate care and support to residents• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities• Supporting residents with mobility and wellbeing• Building positive relationships with residents and their families• Promoting dignity, independence, and choice at all times• Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and social activities• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns

About You

• Minimum 6 months' experience within a care setting• A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach• Strong communication and teamwork skills• A genuine passion for supporting older people• Ability to provide person-centred care with dignity and respect• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
