Job Title: HGV Technician
Location: Crawley
Salary: Up to 57,000k Basic
Shift: Monday to Friday Days
Due to workload increasing, my client, a fleet maintenance company in Crawley are looking for a skilled HGV Technician to join their team!
Key Responsibilities for the HGV Technician:
As part of a team of experienced HGV Technicians, you will work on a variety of commercial vehicles. Your responsibilities include:
Conducting vehicle inspections
Performing routine servicing and scheduled maintenance
Carrying out reactive maintenance as required
Preparing and presenting vehicles for MOT testing
Diagnosing and rectifying running defects
Undertaking general HGV Technician duties
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of HGVs and trailers
Industry-recognized qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3) in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
Previous experience as an HGV Technician
HGV Licence (preferred but not essential)
