We are seeking a stand alone HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within a busy organisation. The role is based in Worthing and requires a proactive individual to ensure compliance and support business objectives effectively.

Description

  • Oversee and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programmes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration as required.

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • CIPD Level 3/5/7
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Be comfortable being in the office 5 days a week
