We are seeking a stand alone HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within a busy organisation. The role is based in Worthing and requires a proactive individual to ensure compliance and support business objectives effectively.

Description
- Oversee and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programmes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Support payroll and benefits administration as required.
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- CIPD Level 3/5/7
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software.
- Be comfortable being in the office 5 days a week
