HR & Recruitment Coordinator

HR & Recruitment Coordinator required initially on a 12 month FTC (potential to go permanent) to join a great business and close knit team near Lewes, East Sussex.

The successful candidate will be a genuine people person with a positive can-do attitude, this role requires someone who is resilient, calm, and empathetic. The business is fast-paced and the teams like to have face to face interactions and often need guidance and hands on HR involvement.

With experience of using a HRIS system and the ability to provide advice and guidance and experince of attending absence, disciplinary and performance meetings this really is a great opportunity to utilise previous HR and Recruitment experience.

Salary up to 35 k pa plus great bonus and fantastic benefits.
