Procurement Change Director INTERIM London Our global client is embarking on a major procurement transformation and is seeking an experienced Interim Procurement Director to lead the change. An exciting opportunity with a prestigious client .

This is an exciting and high impact opportunity to join a global organisation undergoing a major transformation of its procurement function. As the Interim Procurement Change Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model, driving strategic improvements, and laying the foundations for a streamlined, data driven and globally aligned procurement capability.

We are looking for someone who has good emotional intelligence and knows how to win hearts and minds whilst making and managing change in an established organisation.

Key focus areas:

• Lead procurement transformation and vendor consolidation.
• Deploy integrated systems and standardised contracting workflows.
• Improve compliance, reduce leakage, and set KPIs.
• Coach Category Managers and shape the future operating model.

You will bring:

• Demonstrable experience in senior procurement leadership.
• Strong change delivery skills, and a hands-on approach to process and data improvement.

Some global travel, and the need to be visible on site as required.
