The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Interview Coordinator to join a fast-paced and supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing onsite interview arrangements for Service Users, ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup through to completion. This includes preparing equipment, providing technical support, and supporting Service Users throughout the process. This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks while delivering a high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee onsite interview setups, ensuring all equipment is ready and fully functional
- Provide first-line technical support during interviews
- Carry out welfare checks to support Service Users throughout the process
- Deliver clear and effective hand overs between team members
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and Service Users across multiple locations
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
- Work a structured rota of early, mid, and late shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with basic IT or technical equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to shift-based working
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
