Junior account executive

Poolhall Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, a specialist PR & Marketing agency in Brighton & Hove, working with some of the most creative and innovative design brands.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in PR, media, and brand communications. You ll support senior team members in pitching stories, building journalist relationships, and driving client campaigns.

What you ll do:

• Pitch stories and secure media coverage across creative, business and national press
• Draft press releases, media comments, and engaging LinkedIn content
• Build and maintain strong journalist relationships
• Keep client PR reports accurate and up to date
• Support with campaign ideas, admin, and office organisation

What we re looking for:

• Passion for design, creativity, and storytelling
• Excellent writing skills and a flair for developing ideas
• Strong multitasking ability comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Positive, proactive, and ready to learn
