About Us
We’re a family-run, award-winning local business celebrating 25 years in Crawley.
From luxury kitchens and smart home installs to campervan adventures and live events, our departments are busy, visual and full of stories to tell — and we’re looking for a creative person to help us bring them to life online.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a college leaver or media/film/marketing student who loves shooting video, creating social content and trying new ideas.
We’re especially keen to hear from candidates who enjoy videography, TikTok/Reels creation and hands-on creative work rather than traditional office marketing
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Content Creator to help film, edit and post engaging content across:
- TikTok
You’ll work across all areas of the business, including:
- Kitchen showroom projects
- Audio visual installs
- Events setups
- Behind-the-scenes warehouse life
- Campervan & motorhome adventures with Ocean Trail
- Staff stories and day-in-the-life content
No two days are the same — one day you might be filming a luxury kitchen, the next capturing a campervan heading off on a road trip.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shooting short-form videos (Reels/TikToks)
- Editing content for social media
- Taking photos in our showroom & on-site
- Helping plan creative ideas and campaigns
- Capturing behind-the-scenes moments
- Scheduling and posting content
- Supporting marketing projects and events
Who This Would Suit
Perfect for someone who:
- Has studied Media / Film / Photography / Marketing
- Loves filming and editing videos
- Uses Instagram/TikTok daily and understands trends
- Is creative, confident and full of ideas
- Enjoys being hands-on and out and about (not just desk work)
- Wants real business experience and a strong portfolio
- Is friendly, reliable and happy chatting to staff/customers
Experience isn’t essential — attitude and creativity matter more.
