SEN Learning Support Assistant Primary & Secondary
Location: Brighton and surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time / Part-time (flexible days)
Pay: £89.05 £110 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08 30)

What You ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in the classroom

• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help children stay focused and confident

• Helping with communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour

• Assisting teachers with lessons and creating a calm, inclusive environment

• Adapting to different schools and age groups with a positive, flexible approach

What We re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, etc.)

• A patient and empathetic approach, especially in challenging situations

• Flexibility to work across different schools and settings

• A genuine desire to help children with SEN reach their potential

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
