We are currently recruiting for a SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work closely with a child in KS1 in Eastbourne from September 2026.
This rewarding role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support to help the child access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the classroom environment.
Role Details

Responsibilities
- Providing tailored 1:1 classroom support
- Supporting the child's academic, social, and emotional development
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Encouraging engagement and positive learning experiences
- Assisting with classroom activities and routines
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN preferred
- Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- DBS certificate desirable or willingness to apply for one
