Early Years Practitioner

  • Level 3 Location: Willow Set Preschool Sun Up and Sun Down Club Hours: Part Time.

Total hours available 48.5 to be split between two posts.

There will be some 7.30am starts and 17.30pm finishes.

Join our vibrant and welcoming team at Willow Set Preschool Sun Up and Sun Down Club, where we care for children aged 9 months to 11 years.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) who loves creating engaging, playful learning experiences and wants to make a real difference in children's lives.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver safe, high-quality care and education for children aged 2-11 years
  • Plan and implement exciting activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Create a stimulating learning environment indoors and outdoors
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and current Ofsted guidance
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring, creative approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative

Desirable: Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates
