Location: Rural Area (Own transport required)
Salary: 15.86 per hour
Employment Type: 12-month temporary role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Your Mission:
As our Logistics Specialist, you will ensure that time-critical international air exports and domestic road shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll be the vital link between our customers, corporate partners overseas, carriers, and customs brokers, ensuring compliance and excellence throughout the shipment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and support via phone, Teams, and email.
- Handle compliance-related queries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer experience.

Consignment Processing:

Confirm all shipments are inspected and match the provided documentation before dispatch.
- Ensure Dangerous Goods consignments are handled according to IATA regulations and local procedures.
- Select the best air or road routing, balancing cost efficiency with delivery time and temperature-control needs.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Create and maintain shipment documentation, including Master Air Waybills, manifests, and export declarations.
- Upload and manage shipment records in the Transport Management System (TMS).
- Generate and submit reports using shipment data and metrics to meet deadlines.
