What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble precision components to a high standard
• Polish, clean, and finish parts ready for production
• Work from engineering drawings and work instructions
• Carry out quality checks to ensure excellent workmanship
• Use a variety of hand tools and finishing equipment
• Follow production procedures and health & safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience in assembly, finishing, or a manufacturing environment
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
• Good practical skills and manual dexterity
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team

Desirable:

• Experience with precision-engineered components
• Polishing, fabrication, or finishing experience
• Previous engineering or workshop experience
