
Manufacturing Technician
We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team supporting advanced technology applications across medical, semiconductor, scientific, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities-
Build electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, printed circuit boards, and complete products

Read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs) and technical drawings

Perform cleaning and packing of products using COSHH-controlled substances (PPE provided)

Raise non-conformance reports, rework documentation, stores requisitions, and build documentation updates as required

Follow static handling precautions and workmanship standards

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safe working practices

Adhere to Quality Management (ISO9001), Environmental Management (ISO14001), and Health & Safety systems

Work collaboratively to achieve team objectives

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices

Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience

Soldering experience
-
Understanding of mechanical assembly processes and procedures

Knowledge of high voltage considerations (advantageous)

Appreciation of modern manufacturing techniques

IPC certification (desirable)

Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
